We hope that you love all your purchases from The Beauty Bar Spa and Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 

SALE category items are FINAL SALE. The following items are FINAL SALE: accessories, leggings, bodysuits, pjs, make-up, sweatshirts, swimwear and athletic wear. ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE ON THE PACKING SLIP WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN. Any sale items are FINAL SALE. 

If you return a final sale item, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit. Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, etc, will not be accepted.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return with all tags still attached. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

SHOES: Must be in original packaging, perfect condition, absolutely NO wear and tear, scuffs, smells, or worn bottoms. 

We do not offer exchanges for online purchases.
